When will my order ship? 

Orders typically ship within 10 days pending availability and credit verification, excluding weekend and holidays. Some items are shipped immediately depending on the style, size, and color. LoLo Hoxha is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions

 

What is you return policy?

Returns are accepted if postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Full- priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Prior to shipping the item back, the return must first be approved by email. Please include your order number in the email. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?

All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. Additionally , no promotions code can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damage item. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help  resolve this!

How should I choose the best size for me?

You can reference our size conversion chart and size guide by product category. Due to the nature of our products, each product silhouette will have unique measurements. For exact measurements on a style, please contact us at info@lolohoxha.com with you waist, hip, and bust measurements so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

Are there late fees on Shop Pay ? 

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later.
